Vision Iconic: Inside Dubai's Mercedes-Benz City
12 October 2026
Vision Iconic is the largest tower of Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, the world's first Mercedes-Benz branded city, being built in Dubai by Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz. Rising at the centre of the 12-tower city in Nad Al Sheba, it holds 1,426 residences, from 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom duplexes, plus 27 shops. According to Binghatti's official website, prices start at AED 2,250,000 (about $613,000), with handover planned for 2028.
The project went on sale in October 2026 with a major launch event. The most talked-about moment was the signing ceremony of French footballer Karim Benzema.
What Is Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City?
Announced in December 2025, Binghatti City is Binghatti's first master-planned community. Valued at around AED 30 billion ($8.2 billion), it spans more than 10 million square feet in the Meydan area. The city comprises 12 residential towers stepping down in height on either side of Vision Iconic, wrapped around a large central park.
The design follows Mercedes-Benz's clean, fluid design philosophy, with elliptical lines, metallic details and the brand's star emblem on the facades. The first joint project between the brand and Binghatti was the single-tower Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai in Downtown Dubai. Binghatti City is the city-scale second step of this partnership.

| 1 bedroom | 1,017 | ≈ 76 sqm |

| 4-bedroom duplex | 9 | ≈ 287 sqm |
| 5-bedroom duplex | 9 | ≈ 237 sqm (Type 1) |
The 4-bedroom duplex looks larger than the 5-bedroom because it includes a vast terrace of around 129 sqm. In the 1-bedroom units, balconies of over 21 sqm stand out. These plans are Binghatti's sample layouts. Unit sizes may vary by floor, and exact figures appear in the sale agreement.
The Launch and Karim Benzema
According to Binghatti's statement of 6 October 2026, Karim Benzema bought several residences at Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City and a luxury apartment in Vision Iconic. The signing took place in the presence of Binghatti Chairman Muhammad BinGhatti. Benzema joins footballers such as Neymar Jr. who have previously bought into Binghatti's branded projects.
The sales team is offering special launch pricing and limited-time offers, which may be revised after the launch.
What Amenities Are There?
Vision Iconic residents can use more than 30 shared amenities across the city. Highlights include the Infinity Horizon pool, private pool cabanas and a jacuzzi sun deck. There is also a sky jogging track, an outdoor cinema, an indoor gym, a Pilates studio, and a spa and yoga area. A squash court, a kids' splash zone and landscaped green spaces complete the list. The Grand Promenade in front of the tower opens onto the central park.
Location: How Far Is Downtown?
The project sits in Nad Al Sheba 1 in the Meydan area, with easy access to Al Khail Road and Meydan Road. According to Binghatti, Downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa are about 7 minutes away. Dubai Mall and Business Bay are about 10 minutes away, and Dubai International Airport (DXB) about 15 minutes.
What Does It Mean for Investors?
Branded residences have been one of Dubai's fastest-selling segments in recent years. A well-known brand like Mercedes-Benz sets a project apart in both resale and rental. Vision Iconic's starting price is above the AED 2 million property value threshold for Dubai's 10-year Golden Visa.
On the other hand, the project is sold off-plan, with handover expected in 2028. Buyers should weigh the payment plan, construction schedule and the developer's delivery record. We cover the key points in our guide to buying off-plan in Dubai. For current availability and prices, see our Vision Iconic listing or speak to our advisor.
