Binghatti Ruby is a mixed-use building in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, combining homes, offices and shops. Its name and facade concept draw on the ruby gemstone, and it is listed as available on Binghatti's project page. The FAQ on that page gives a completion target of the first quarter of 2026; the sources do not confirm that handover has taken place. According to the same FAQ, the apartments are delivered unfurnished.

According to the project facts, the structure has a basement and ground floor, 4 parking levels, 2 office floors and 18 residential floors, topped by the roof. Of the 572 homes, 319 are studios, 185 are one-bedroom and 66 are two-bedroom apartments, and the fact sheet also lists two three-bedroom apartments. The building includes 45 offices and 10 ground-floor shops. The current sales card shows studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom types.

Based on the brochure's area tables, studios measure roughly 34-61 m² in total including the balcony, and one-bedroom apartments start from 58 m². The sample studio plan shows a defined kitchen area, one bathroom and a full-width balcony. The sample one- and two-bedroom plans on the project page include a terrace open to the sky with a lap pool, and the other types in the brochure show that this layout applies only to some apartments. The brochure highlights floor-to-ceiling windows and polished marble floors, and its material palette lists travertine, wood veneer, Rosso Levanto marble, champagne-toned metal and bronze glass.

Shared facilities named in the brochure's amenity list include adult and children's pools, a pool deck, a children's play area, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a yoga area, a jogging track and landscaped outdoor seating. JVC connects to main roads such as Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). Binghatti gives the distance as about 6 minutes to Dubai Hills Mall and about 17 minutes to Burj Khalifa. The project is one of the options to consider for buyers looking for a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment in JVC.
