Binghatti Hillviews | Dubai Science Park

Binghatti Hillviews is a residential and retail tower rising in Dubai Science Park. The building's curving facade pairs organic materials with satin chrome details, large windows fill the apartments with daylight, and according to the official description every unit enjoys views of the city. The district stands out as one of Dubai's innovation and technology hubs.

According to the official project facts, the building has 35 residential floors above two basement levels, a ground floor and four parking levels, followed by a mechanical room level and the roof. Of the 1,552 homes, 688 are studios, 757 are one-bedroom and 107 are two-bedroom apartments, while the ground floor hosts 19 shops. The official studio plans range from around 38 to 80 sqm including balcony, and every studio has a kitchen, one bathroom and a balcony. One-bedroom apartments range from around 62 to 109 sqm and two-bedroom apartments from around 123 to 261 sqm, with some of the larger two-bedroom plans featuring a pool on the terrace. The open-plan living spaces use materials such as travertine and wood veneer.

At the heart of the shared facilities is a beach-style adult infinity pool with a sun deck. A kids' pool and play area, an outdoor fitness area, a basketball court and a yoga area set among greenery make it easy to spend time outdoors. Indoors there is an aerobic exercise area, a sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi, along with a table tennis and billiards room.

According to the official location map, the project sits on Umm Suqeim Street, with Dubai Hills Mall around 3 minutes away, Al Barsha Mall around 7 minutes, King's College Hospital around 9 minutes, Mall of the Emirates around 10 minutes and Dubai Hills Golf Club around 12 minutes. With handover announced for the fourth quarter of 2026 and apartments from studios to two bedrooms, Binghatti Hillviews is one of the options to consider for buyers who want to live in Dubai Science Park.
