Binghatti Hillside | Dubai Science Park

Binghatti Hillside is a residential tower in Dubai Science Park, aimed at those who want to step back from the pace of the city and unwind. Listed as available on the official project page, its target completion is given as the second quarter of 2026.

The building has 3 basement levels, the ground floor and 2 podium levels, with 21 residential floors above, topped by the roof. Of the 402 homes, 320 are studios and 82 are one-bedroom apartments, and the ground floor also holds 9 shops. According to the brochure plans, studios measure about 36-38 m² in total including the balcony. One-bedroom apartments start from about 74 m² in total, and in some types the balcony exceeds 60 m², taking the total up to 136 m². Studio layouts include a bathroom, a pantry-style kitchen and a shelving section, while one-bedroom layouts have a master bathroom and a separate WC.

Shared areas include an adult pool and pool deck, a kids' pool, a children's play area, a half basketball court, a sunken seating area and other seating zones, and the brochure also mentions a concierge service. The lobby uses wood, brass, travertine, marble, mirror and perforated metal, while apartments feature wood, brass, marble, mirror and porcelain tiles.

The Dubai Science Park location offers quick access to main roads such as E44 Al Khail Road, Umm Suqeim Road and E11 Sheikh Zayed Road. According to the official project page, King's College Hospital is 9 minutes away, Al Barsha Mall 10, Dubai Hills Golf Club 12 and Mall of the Emirates 15. The project is one of the options to consider for buyers looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment in Dubai Science Park.
